From Military Experience to Company Building

ICI hosted a closed founder gathering for graduates of Israel’s leading military programs to discuss the transition from military service to entrepreneurship. Led by Omer Granot, Venture Partner at ICI Fund, the panel featured Neer Saad, Yoad Cohen, Alon Jackson and Yakir Sudry. The conversation examined how deep technical experience translates into building a business, alongside the challenges of fundraising and turning a technical advantage into a company with lasting value. Bringing experienced entrepreneurs together with emerging founders created an opportunity for candid questions, shared lessons and connections at an important turning point in their careers.
