Paul Levitan is an investor, consultant and advisor to private equity firms and entrepreneurial companies, primarily in the food sector.  He is the former President and CEO of Galaxy Desserts. which he led from start up through a sale to a Brioche Pasquier, one of France’s largest and favorite bakeries.  Previously, Paul was a consultant with Bain & Co.

Paul graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University with a BA in Middle Eastern Studies, and received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1991.  He is currently the Board Chair at Marin Academy.  Paul was recognized as one of the Bay Area’s “Most Admired CEOs” by the San Francisco Business Times in 2009.
