David Jacques Farahi

David Jacques Farahi, a Colorado-based private investor, is a veteran of the hospitality and gaming industries who brings two decades of resort, analytics, and executive experience to growing companies. Farahi is recognized for his strategic insights and unique investment approach which combines angel investing and fluid collaboration with company executives to optimize value creation.
Farahi was appointed Executive Chairman of Quick Custom Intelligence, a leading SaaS platform for the gaming and hospitality industries, in May of 2022, and Executive Chairman of Kindbridge Behavior Health, a pioneering tele-therapy company specializing in behavior addiction care, in April of 2023. In January 2024, Farahi was appointed President of Bites Learning Ltd., a cutting-edge, video-based learning platform for frontline employees. In all three roles, Farahi works with Executive Management to optimize capital structures and advance strategic priorities.
In 2022, Farahi was named an Independent Director of PlayAGS (NYSE: AGS), and the following year was tapped as an Industry Advisor for ICI Fund, a Venture Capital Fund that invests in Israeli founders with AI solutions that secure our future.
Prior to entering private investing, Farahi served as Chief Operating Officer of Reno, NV-based Monarch Casino & Resort (Nasdaq: MCRI). From 2012 to 2021, as COO, he oversaw operations at the company’s two resorts, including its more than 2,000 team members, and was directly responsible for the company’s investor relations and business development efforts. He also served four terms as President of the Colorado Gaming Association from 2015 to 2021, where he spearheaded the industry’s legislative agenda, including three successful statewide ballot initiatives.

Mr. Farahi earned his BA in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University and his MBA from Columbia Business School with concentrations in both Real Estate and Finance. He also completed the Presidents’ Program in Leadership at Harvard Business School. He is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Israel Economic Forum.
