As an Entrepreneur Advisor, David assists the founders of ICI Fund portfolio companies in expanding their businesses in the US. David is the CEO and founder of Mind-Alliance Systems, a consulting and software development firm that works with world-leading law firms and corporate legal departments to deliver strategic technology solutions that power growth. David is passionate about harnessing semantic data management and artificial intelligence (AI) to supercharge marketing, business development, and competitive intelligence research processes. With over 25 years of cross-disciplinary experience in the consulting, legal, and security arenas, David brings a unique multidisciplinary perspective to his advisory work. He began his career as a research analyst at top Israeli law firms and government regulatory bodies. David then served as a management consultant for senior corporate leaders and technology startups at International Venture Associates (IVA). In the decade following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, David designed software solutions for intelligence analysis and crisis preparedness planning. He is the author and editor of The McGraw-Hill Homeland Security Handbook. David is a US member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) research group focused on anticipatory intelligence for superior decision-making. He has organized conferences and webinars with NATO, Georgetown University, the International Association for Intelligence Education (IAFIE), and Israel’s Institute for the Research of the Methodology of Intelligence (IRMI). A former combat infantry officer in the Israeli Defense Forces, David and his wife live in Livingston, NJ, and have two adult children. He enjoys mountaineering, rock climbing, and trail running.
