Omer Granot

As a Venture Partner, Omer focuses on sourcing and engaging early-stage founders, supporting ICI Fund’s investment process, and working closely with portfolio companies on product, strategy, and go-to-market execution. He also helps develop programs for prospective entrepreneurs and expands ICI’s network across founders, operators, and global investors.

Omer brings nearly 20 years of experience across technology, product leadership, and complex data-driven environments. A former IDF Lieutenant Colonel (Lt. Col.), he led large-scale multidisciplinary teams and advanced technology initiatives, and commanded the elite Havatzalot program – one of Israel’s most selective talent pipelines for future leaders in technology and innovation.

In the private sector, Omer has been focused on building and scaling AI-driven products and operations, bridging deep technology with real-world applications. He has worked closely with startups on product strategy, go-to-market execution, and early-stage company building.

Omer is deeply connected to Israel’s top technical talent networks and is passionate about working with founders from the earliest stages—helping them translate ambitious ideas into impactful companies. He is particularly focused on partnering with founders at day zero and building long-term relationships with the next generation of Israeli entrepreneurs.
